*UPDATES*

At 27 weeks 6 days currently admitted onto labour and delivery.

They’re monitoring me, signs look good that baby won’t come but I’m on drugs to help baby along in case he does decide to come.

Praying that my boy stays happy and healthy and in my tummy!!

*UPDATE* Almost finished my drip which is for his brain development and just had my last instalment of steroids for his lung development.

All signs so far are pointing towards him not coming any time soon, but there’s still a possibility I’ll be pre-term.

The doctor is on his way in the next couple of hours to examine me, and fingers crossed there is no progression and baby wants to stay in there!!

*NEW UPDATE*

Contractions remained random and continued happening in periods all day yesterday. At one point they rushed me to get checked because it looked like my waters had gone, but they hadn’t. We’re very puzzled as to what is going on, thinking it could be irritable uterus. So there’s still a chance he’ll come early, but hopefully not anytime now!!

*FINAL UPDATE*

They’ve put it down to irritable uterus, I’m home now!! Looks like my little man is staying put for now, just got to monitor how things go and take things steady.
