How long did you wait to try again after a chemical pregnancy?

My OB and fertility doctor always recommend we wait at least one month in between a chemical and trying again

My OB said medically there wasn’t a need to wait to try again after a chemical pregnancy.  I have hypothyroidism and the endocrinologist said I needed to wait until my numbers got better again.  We had to wait 2 months and got the all clear to start trying again and got pregnancy that first cycle again.  (3 cycles after the chemical)

Directly after and got pregnant immediately with my now 3 yo! Baby2 will be here next month!

my doctor recommended waiting for period again, but we’re “not trying” .. but we’re also “not preventing” either.. if it happens then it happens 🤞🏼
