End of first trimester?

When is the actual end of the first trimester.  This is my third and i anyways thought 12 weeks,  13 weeks starts second.  Now im reading 13 weeks is the end and 14 weeks starts second? Anyone know the truth here.  Have i been wrong both times lol?

I have heard both 13 and 14. I am not sure which is correct. However both the bump and what to expect week by week say that the second trimester starts at week 14 so that's what I'm going to go by.

I’ve heard through the end of 12 is first trimester. So as soon as you hit 13 weeks that begins second trimester!
