Induced labor advice?

Ladies who have been induced... can you tell me the experience? I was told it’s a longer process, and hurts worse.. I’m 37&4 weeks only dilated to a 1 1/2 doctor asked if I wanted to be induced if labor doesn’t happen...

I was induced with both my girls. The first I was in labor for 18hours and the second labor was 12 hours. The first time the contractions were horrible!!!!! I got a epidural a little after 2 hours. With my second the contractions weren't as bad. The epidural didn't work so I still felt everything. 
It can take a whilel. And it can be more painful. Everyone is different. My forst has 3 kids. Her first she went in to labor on her own, her second she was induced and her third she had a c section. She said being induced wasn't that bad and she was only in labor for 4 or 5 hours. And with her first she was in labor for around 12 hours.

I have been induced 4 times due and getting induced with this one 10th June through my own choice I love it my body accepts it every time and took four hours no problems very quick I preferred it

My water broke but no contraction so I was induced start to finish 7 hours it was painful but not for long I forgot all about the pain immediately seeing my baby

I was induced at 38 weeks didn't have my son till the day after
I ws in labor for 25 hours and after they broke ym water the contractions was agonizing they didnt give me any pitocin to speed up the process either.
When i went in i wasnt dialated at all do they had to do the balloon thing.
When they induced me though it was medically necessary.
Tbh im hoping they'll induce me with thi baby.
Eat before hand though that's something i wish i would've done differently.

I never dilated at all before I went into labor. I would never be induced unless it was medically necessary. Baby will come when baby is ready.

My water broke but labor never started so they had to induce.
Pain was pretty bad but i never dilated past a 2 and had a csection after 14 hours.

I was induced last week, after my water broke and latent labour for about 20 hours with inconsistent contractions. Before the induction I was at a 2cm/50%, started IV oxytocin around midnight, got the epidural around 3am as the contractions were honestly, unbearable, another exam at 4am showed I was at 6cm already, and when I was examined at 6am I was 10cm/100% and baby was delivered at 6:26am after only a few pushes! 
I don’t have any previous labour to compare it to, but the only thing I think I may have done differently was asking for the epidural sooner, I wanted to experience contractions to see if I could, but it truly did get incredibly painful. Big praises to anyone who can last that long without any pain meds!

I was only 1 cm when I was induced with my first so I had to do the cervix softening pill. It took about 20 hours total from start to finish and only took 3 pushes when it was time. I was induced again a month ago but this time I started with pitocin since I was already 3 cm. It took less than 7.5 hours from the tome they put the IV in till I had my baby boy in my arms. Easy process for me and I will do it again when I have our third and last baby.
