2 weeks pp

As of tomorrow I’ll be 2 weeks pp.. I had the easiest labor and delivery for a first time mom! I got one long stitch, idk what degree I tore, but my question is.. is it normal to stop bleeding around this time? I can wipe now not pat myself dry.. And would my stitches be resolved already?...also what can I do to make my clitoris not so sensitive. I touch it when I wipe and it’s a little sore.. why would that be sore but my vagina and the rest of me down there be sore? FTM!!
