Does anyone else feel incredibly nauseous after a nap?

I just woke up after a 2 hour nap feeling really nauseous, got up had some water and just threw it all up straight away. I havnt been sick for the past 3 days and i have just realised its cos i didnt nap in those 3 days. I am not napping again if i can help it!

Eat a snack that includes protein before your nap, that may help! Like a babybel cheese and a few crackers.

Agreeing with the first comment but also try eating immediately after waking up or drinking water. Getting something in your stomach helps A LOT
