Lightheaded after miscarriage?

I’m about 3 days into a miscarriage and I lost a ton of blood at the hospital. (That’s why I went in, I was just bleeding so much.)

All my bloodwork came back normal, just elevated white blood cell count, which they said is what happens during a MC.

They ruled out hemorrhage, ectopic, etc.

They sent me home and just said to rest and recover.

But I can’t be on my feet for more than 30 seconds. Seriously. Any time I’m in an upright position, I am SO lightheaded I can barely walk.

Is it just because of blood loss/hormones?

I know my body went through a shock, I’m just wondering if this is part of it.
