We waited 2 weeks - until her umbilical cord fell off. Didn’t really feel need too and it was in middle of winter so didn’t want to get her cold.

My daughters first bath was a week old. They are a baby they don’t really get dirty.

My son was rinsed off at the hospital, but his first true bath he was about two weeks old. I wiped him down with a wet washcloth up until then since they don't get dirty

After his umbilical cord fell off - I believe it was around his 2 week visit!

I bed bath till the umbilical cord fell off and then I gave bath

The next day. He was born in China. They made him swim at the hospital pool almost every day until we left. He didn’t swim the day he got the  shots.

It was done at the hospital.. but had another when we went home 3 days later
