Baby sprinkle ideas?

Pregnant with 3rd girl, my other girls are over 3 years old though. My friends wanted to throw me an entire shower, but I convinced them to do a sprinkle instead because I feel like I have all of my other girls’ clothes and a lot of their baby gear. What are some ideas for the baby sprinkle?! It’s going to be at my house, which is small.

For mine we did donut theme since 'sprinkles' lol. We made a donut wall instead of a cake and that got devoured! No games just cause I am not a fan of baby shower games but I think that just deoends in preference! We asked people to bring diapers and wipes since we already had everything from my first daughter but we did it after the baby was born so it was a meet the baby/sprinkle party!
