First infertility appointment

Just had my first infertility appointment a couple days ago. Got a ultrasound done and found another huge endometrioma in my right ovary (had surgery to remove one in March). HSG test will happen with next cycle (beginning of June). I am feeling good that my doc is getting straight to work but also scared of being told having another baby won’t happen without

IVF. She kept saying that may be my only option.. freaked me out.. anyone else have suggestions or suggestions or experiences with the infertility workup?
