A little misunderstanding or not

Yesterday I went to the hospital for vaginal discharge, it was a weird smell, and itching in my last part. So I went to go check it out. The doctor did a pep smear on me and said it looks to be an infection down there so he tested me. For any STD’s. 15 minutes later after my blood was draw a tech came in and gave me four pink pills and a shot in my arm. And escorted me out to the waiting area for my discharge papers and my results. A hour later he called my name and told me that my results came back negative for any STD’s. And he found glucose in my discharge and said that I have bacterial

Vaginosis. He gave me a prescription for 7 days.
