HIV or a common cold

I am paranoid that I might have HIV I got tested back in February and it came back negative so I have to get tested again in August of this year. But I work at a hospital (like two weeks ago) and I touched something with blood on it without my gloves I didn’t know it had blood on it. Idk if I probably touch my face or had an open sore or whatever. All I just saw was blood on my hands and immediately go washed my hands. Now I feel sick I have a sore throat and my body aches a little and I have a cough. I remember my coworker being sick idk if I got sick from them or what. I just got over a cold not too long ago maybe I was still recovering from that and I got sick again. I went to the doctor today and they weren’t going to test me because they said I had to wait until August to get tested again. But that’s a long time from now. My boyfriend and I plan to have sex for the first time but I’m too terrified because of that. Maybe I’m being too paranoid and I could just have a cold idk... 😭😭😥
