How do you deal with your feelings of jealousy?

We try to keep an open, honest line of communication going between everyone involved. If any of us feel jelous we try to figure out what exactly has caused that feeling, which 9 times out of 10 stems from an insecurity that person has, then talk to each other about it & find a solution that works for everyone.

Communication is key. I’ve made a promise to myself that I’ll never lie or keep secrets from my partners and that involves whenever I feel jealous or insecure

I think about how my different partners fulfill different needs/desires and how we each have things unique to that relationship. And then I think about what they have that with their other partners as well. And I ask myself "do I really want to have a single partner in my life and depend on them for everything? Do I really want a partner who depends on me to fulfill all their different needs?" The answer is always no. It helps with the jealousy. 
Then there are things I just need to get over. My bf's other partner is an anorexic ballerina who's also drop dead gorgeous. It took me a long time to get over the insecurities of being the chubby, less attractive one, especially because I've struggled with my weight and eating disorders my whole adult life. I'm still working on letting go of that one. In a way, it's nice to know he's not with me because of my looks. 
Sometimes there are things that are based from an actual issue in the relationship, like miscommunication or not feeling like my needs are met. Honest communication and sharing always fix those ones.
