Diastasis Recti while pregnant.
I was wondering if any of you ladies have great workout exercises that will help with Diastasis Recti while pregnant. I know I had it pre-pregnancy and want to try to minimize myself from making it worse this pregnancy. Everywhere I look online people are charging $70 + for like 7 workout. I just want to be feel better this pregnancy and work on my body and healthy life style change.
