Weird dreams

Last night I had a dream that me and my boyfriend were walking somewhere at night. He told me had to use the restroom so we were looking for one and he started walking a little bit ahead of me. Then this person comes up behind me and stabs me in my stomach and my boyfriend watches the whole thing with a shocked look on his face. But instead of helping me while I’m in danger he runs away.... what does this mean? Or does mean anything? Or am I just overthinking my dreams?
