Early pregnancy and bloating.

This is my second pregnancy and I’m about 5 weeks. I haven’t really changed my diet or exercise regimen, but I am really bloated. Will this go away? I don’t remember being this bloated before. I don’t want to gain a bunch of weight this pregnancy, because I’m already about 20lbs overweight now and have been working hard to lose it! (Funny how things work! 😂) Any advice or tips? Can anyone relate?
