He was taking my hat ( which is my boyfriends ), he pulled me up to him by pulling my lower legs and putting them above his shoulders, he was tickling me, trapping me between his legs, was moving his feet against my legs in like a moving motion,pulling my closer with his legs, Also I put my phone in the waist band of my shorts and he was trying to get it which meant his hands kinda were going under the lower half of my shirt.. is this flirting?
