It’s rejecting. Your piercer didn’t do it right. They did it way too close to the surface

That looks like rejection, but I’m not a professional piercer or a doctor. Go to one of those two ASAP, and do what they tell you to.

I’m not sure. You should ask to a doc., but I think it can be rejection try disinfect it every day
