Day one of Blood Monitoring

So I woke up and pricked. Number was high but in range.

I ate breakfast, checked 2 hours later, higher but in range.

Ate lunch, which was a chicken pot pie- I know terrible! (I didn’t eat the bread part) But I didn’t have another option and yet 2 hours later my number was much lower than breakfast.

Had measured serving size of Cheerios for a snack and now eating eggs and cheese for dinner.

Apparently I’m way over suggested carbs for my other meals but numbers are all normal? I don’t understand.
