Thinking of joining when graduating high school

Hello!! I’m thinking about joining the army,after my high school graduation.Does anyone have advice,for picking jobs?basic??advice on the change my life will go through? I wanna join not only to serve my country,but also to go to college,and the lifetime benefits.Does anyone have advice on how long of a contract I should do?Can someone explain to me about college in the army?? I know these are questions I could ask a recruiter,but I would like to see others points of views and advice
