TTC after Nexplanon

I recently got my birth control taken out on 05/16/19 and me and my fiancé decided to have another child now that our daughter is almost two and half years old. I would like to know everyone else’s experience trying to conceive after the nexplanon because I looked online and a lot of women had a whole bunch of bad stories about trying to conceive and it’s really gotten me worried. I only had it for 6 months so I don’t know if the time it’s used will affect how fast I will regain fertility. I’m just really worried, and have been spotting since getting it out.
