I am 5 weeks and i feel dull cramps off and on and my nipple is tender. Im sure you have symptoms but there just not the obvious ones. Like me over the past few weeks i have diarreah, dizzy spells, cramps, insomnia, back ache, and some times my vagina start feeling like growing pains😁 and frequent urination but they came sporadically. I wouldnt worry some people have none at all
