BFP. Scared!

So on Wednesday I got a BFP. I was having cramps all week to the point that they wake me up at night as well as my lower back, literally just like my period. I have had 2 miscarriages and 1 chemical in the last year. These cramps are bringing me back some really bad memories. On Thursday my HCG was 380 and progesterone was 38.1. Are cramps this intense normal on cycle day 33 or 16dpo?
