I'm having extreme back pain it's sharp and feels like cramping pain like almost like my back went out but I know it hasn't. Is this normal or should I go in?

You can go in just to be safe but you will get a lot of growing pains in early pregnancy. Some will feel like stabbing and others will feel like aches, as long as theres no bleeding and it doesnt last for too long.
