My SO and I had sex on my day of ovulation. My chance of pregnancy was 44%. I started having really bad cramping and pain in my left side- I know I have a cyst with blood in it on my left side and I go in in a couple of weeks to get it re-looked at. My period comes in 8 days wondering if this is a sign that maybe the egg has implanted. And if it would be pointless at this point to try and take a test?
