Is it like pinching down in your tummy? It hurts and I stop doing everything it comes and goes it’s pinching like where I would have period cramps

From what I think I’m experiencing it’s like when you push your stomach out and are holding your abdomen muscles tightly but I’m not controlling it. It’s uncomfortable and I just feel like I want to relax. Usually drinking water and sitting down will make it pass.
