Gas or Baby???

I'm 15+1 and I can feel a little popping feeling in my lower abdomen. There's no pressure like gas and it keep happening in the same spot, feels a bit like maybe popcorn popping? Almost like a tiny muscle spasm inside? Is this baby or am I crazy? FTM here so I have no way to know 😂
