I think they’re good for you but to me they’re huge and taste disgusting. I would gag each time.

I took these my whole first pregnancy with no heartburn but this pregnancy I have had extreme heart burn everytime i took this vitamin..

They’re good for you but I switched to something with folate acids instead of folic after they were gone. Used these cause they were on sale at Albertsons.

That's what I took with my first. I had to cut the pill in half because I gagged everytime otherwise lol. But yes they are good.
