Baby teething gel recommendations?

Has anyone tried either of these? If so which do you recommend? Or any other suggestions are appreciated :)

My sons doctor told us to not use gels. Baby Tylenol is way better! It’s a LIFE SAVER! And you can use it every 4 hours. 😊

My daughters pediatrician said not to use any teething gel or teething tablets. The teething gel messes with their hemoglobin and can cause them to turn blue and the teething tablets can cause seizures. She recommended just teething toys and a cool washcloth for her to chew on
