Ingrown toenail 4 almost 5 month old

What can I do? I tried warm water and soap and moving nail gently like baby site said not pulling of course but its bright red now. And he has been extremely fussy 😭 Doctor visit?

Update it's not so red anymore but still a bit red. He had a bath before the first picture. I'm still going to take him to see his doctor in morning. Just odd only one of his ingrown toes turned red.
