Bilobed placenta

Hi, anyone has a bilobed placenta? I was diagnosed with one, had some bleeding yesterday, enough to soak a panty shield. Went to ER got checked out, ultrasound showed all is well. No clots or bleeding in the placenta and baby is fine, positioned well and cervix is closed. Bleeding stopped , not sure how long it lasted just bleed filled panty shield and it was done, just light spotting now. Doctor consulted with my obgyn, they told me bleeding is normal with a bilobed. So is something we have to just monitor. I was so worried, thank God it there wasn't anything wrong with baby.

What I'm really posting for is to see if anyone experienced this in their pregnancy, apparently bleeding is normal with it from 20 weeks onwards.
