Anyone experiencing headaches?

9w2d & I have had a headache for 2 days that starts behind my left eye, through my left eyebrow & temple, & stretches back into the left side of my head. I have already taken Tylenol yesterday to no avail. Sleep didn’t help. Water didn’t help. Caffeine didn’t help. Food didn’t help. Shower mildly helped but headache came back full-force as soon as I left my steamy bathroom.
Can’t very well stay in the shower all day!

MAGNESIUM! 100% hands down. The only thing that helped me get rid of my headaches during pregnancy. I was having horrible headaches since I found out I was pregnant until about 8 weeks when a friend of mine suggested I take a magnesium supplement! It’s incorporated into my daily vitamin routine now! If I miss a day; my head kills!

I had a few in the beginning of my second trimester that I couldn't get rid of so I don't have too much advice. I just had to rest and move slowly.
