Worse than childbirth, for 10 eternal minutes

Had anyone else suffered severe and agonizing morning leg cramps?!

I just endured the longest silent 8 minutes of my life. After that, i was unable to keep quiet anymore and my crying woke up my husband. I struggled to explain what was happening and he held me while I sobbed, fighting to relax my leg. The cramp went from my arch all the way to my hip, on the front and back of my leg, so there was no way to resist in one or the other direction against the spasms.

I have given birth before and I wouldnt wish this cramp on my worst enemy. Oh my god.
