Low HCG?

I had my first dr appointment today and she said according to my HCG levels (200ish) I am only maybe 3 weeks along. My first positive home pregnancy test was the last week in April.... I assumed I would be at least 6-7 weeks.... anyone else been through this? Or anything similar? I had a miscarriage in March and I’m afraid it’s going to happen again..

You could have ovulated really late? Also numbers don’t mean anything. They are just a general rule of thumb. At 5 weeks it can be anywhere from 18 to 3k

I’m wondering if the home rest you used was still identifying the hcg from your miscarriage in April and maybe you’ve gotten pregnant since then and that’s why your levels are low? Either way I wish you luck you could always request another blood draw in the interim before your u/s
