Am I worrying over nothing?

I’m 14 weeks And 3 days and people have told me I should start feeling my baby move by now or at least butterflies and flutters. But I haven’t felt a thing! I’m really getting myself worked up! I have my midwife appointment on Friday where I get to hear the heartbeat and I’m petrified that they won’t find one :(

No 14 weeks is really early. I didn’t feel my daughter until around 20 weeks.

I’m 16 weeks tomorrow with my 3rd and still haven’t felt anything, just had an appointment with my midwife less than a week ago and heard a good strong heartbeat. It’s totally normal not to feel anything yet.

Depends where your placenta is located also! If it’s anterior (the front) it makes it harder to feel. I felt my first baby at 19 weeks 6 days!

It’s too early especially if it’s your first child you wouldn’t be able to distinguish the flutter feeling. It’s my third and I’m 14 weeks and felt a little flutter but I’ve also had previous kids so I know the feeling. You’re fine

Not everyone is the same.. I’m 16 weeks & I just now started getting a “nervous” feeling all of a sudden. I’m gonna assume it’s the baby moving, but I’m not sure.. I suggest you don’t listen to other people.. Don’t stress yourself out, the baby is most likely fine & moving around a ton. You could also have a anterior placenta, which is in front of the baby which means it will be longer before you feel baby move.

Most don't feel theirs until at least 17 weeks and at that point it's hard to determine whether it's gas or baby. 14 weeks is waaay too early! Don't worry
