Do you believe costumers are always right?
Sister in law was telling me about an experience at a restaurant with a server. I think both sides were wrong in handling the situation but she said that the server shouldn’t have argued back because costumers are always right. Personally, having worked as a server and sales associate, I believe there’s an appropriate way to handle costumers but from my own encounters, they are not always right.
