my bf tells me he does not watch porn because he doesnt want to and i also dont like it i feel like if hes going to watch another girl fucking off a screen and get pleasure off of that what am i good for ? but he is a guy and ive asked him if he is lying and he says no hes not but me being myself i keep overthinking and getting mad about it

If he says he’s not, why not believe him? If you don’t trust him you should leave him.
Also as a side note: If him watching another girl getting fucked is a source of anxiety then ask him yourself. Some men don’t watch it because they think the porn star is sexy, or fantasizes about fucking her. 
Honestly, if my boyfriend watches porn he watches porn. I’m not going to dictate what he does when I’m not around, and even if he does it while I’m around, I’d probably sit down and watch it with him.
