Days off after IVF transfer?

Soon to start my first and hopefully only IVF cycle and would like to ask you ladies' opinion that have gone through a cycle already, is it best to take a few days off from work after transfer? And was it successful?

I took 3 days off after the egg retrieval and 2 days off after the embryo transfer and my fresh cycle was successful, she’s now a 3.5 year old :) I also took a couple days off after my frozen transfer and I’m currently almost 37 weeks pregnant. Good luck!

I took the day of transfer off and returned to work the next day, but I kept my schedule light. Then the weekend was upon me and I just did light housework and took it easy. It was my first transfer and it was successful.

I took off the day of my retrieval (luckily it was on a Friday so I had the weekend to  relax). I was a little sore the next day but nothing that would keep me from going to work if I had to, although everyone is different. My transfer was the following Wednesday and I took the next two days off from work as my job can get pretty stressful. My doctor said I can resume normal activity the following day so I did ran some errands and went on a walk. I think you just have to do whatever you feel comfortable with!

Day of retrieval I was off. Went back to work next day
FET day I was off. Went back to work next day but took it easy. At home as well
Kept feet and belly warm. Warm fluids and food, socks on feet. Idk if that really helps but the acupuncturist suggested it

I'd take the day off the transfer off and maybe the following day if you wanted to have a bit of a relax, but after that I would TOTALLY recommend getting back to work. If you're just hanging around home during the TWW you'll drive yourself nuts googling your symptoms and trying to find the earliest BFP date ever recorded on any forum in the entire world.

I just had a transfer Monday, took that day off and went back to work yesterday but didn’t over do it. After transfer you want to keep the blood flowing and not be a couch potato.

I went to work the next day. I was told I could go that day, but due to scheduling I didn’t. We are now pregnant via ivf (icsi)
