Unexplained anger towards boyfriend after baby

Nearing to 5 weeks pp and i have this sort of anger towards my boyfriend whenever i speak to him; over the phone, text or when he comes over for a few hours..

I know i love him and miss him when he isn’t around and we don’t talk, but as soon as we’re together, it’s like i’m constantly moaning at him for nothing and i feel really bloody bad about it...

I’ve told him this and he says he understands but if i don’t even understand it, how can he..😭
