Feeling Super Emotional

So yesterday I had surgery to unblock my tubes and unblocking the left one was a success but the right one my doctor couldn’t get it open. So after I stop spotting I’ll give myself a while before trying to conceive. Anyways I’ve felt like my other half has been standoffish. Like we got home yesterday and he acted like he was so busy. In and out the door. I was still drowsy from the anesthesia so I really didn’t pay any attention until he didn’t cuddle with me. I felt like he wasn’t catering to my every need. He normally showers me with hugs and kisses and nothing. Am I just over reacting?
