Good evening all,

Well tomorrow I go for my HSG procedure and I’m nervous. Partly because I have to do this on my own (husband is a farmer and we’re trying to get the crop in before it rains) and the other is I don’t really know what the outcome will be.

Have any of you ladies had an HSG and if so what was it like for you? Any side effects or things I should be mindful of in terms of recovery?

We do have some friends who had this done and the best they could describe it was she had ‘boogers of the uterus and fallopian tubes’ and it cleared her out and they got pregnant right away. I hope that’s the ending I get but bracing for the fact that it might not be.

If anyone can offer me advice or words of wisdom I would greatly appreciate it.
