This pregnancy is different

With my first baby I started throwing up every morning at 5am around 6 weeks. I didnt have sore breasts or bad bloating. This time around I'm 7 weeks pregnant and I have only thrown up once. I've had some nausea, sore breasts, bloating, exhaustion, and I'm super hungry but once I start eating I want to stop lol.

Should I be worried I'm not as sick with this baby?

With my daughter I threw up at least once a day. And this time I've only thrown up once.

My mom told me when she was pregnant with her girls that she was sick all the time but with my brother she wasnt sick so I'm wondering if this one is a boy.

Sorry if I rambled, I'm just worried lol.
