When should I change my 2 year old son after he soiled his diaper?

I think she’s talking about if she’s potty training, I’ve always heard if you’re potty training and you leave them in it a bit it’ll help them learn not to do it bc they don’t like it being on them. For the record I don’t agree with method only stating I’ve heard this.  If they are still learning, I don’t see how that’ll help if they don’t know any difference. 2 may be a little young if you’re not getting anywhere with it. Every child is different and learn and different times.

Why would you make your toddler sit in that? That can cause issues! That’s ridiculous. Might want to take some parenting classes

if he’s already soiled change it immediately. if he just starting using the restroom you need to wait a couple minutes so he can finish. but not 10 or more. that’s too long.

The only reason I’ve ever let my child “sit longer” is if I can tell she/he might still need to go or is about to go again otherwise you shouldn’t let your child sit that’s a big rash waiting to happen.
