Implantation or AF?

I’m approx 15-17dpo and AF was due on Monday. I’ve got veiny boobs and yesterday I had a small fleck of blood in cm. I’ve got veiny boobs and feeling nauseous. AF is 4 days late and tonight I’ve had light pink blood in my underwear. Could this be IB it AF coming? When would I know which it is?
