TTC @39 yo. 2 failed IVF transfers.

Here is my story....I am a 39 yo female and have been married for 8+ years. We stopped using protection right after getting married but no pregnancy. Didn't seriously start TTC until 4 years ago when we realized there is some problem. By this time I was already 35 yo. We both got tested and found out my hubby has a low motility issue and I have a low reserve. Looking at the high cost of

we decided to give

a try 2 year ago. After 3 failed attempts moved on to

. Also, did regular acupuncture and massage sessions during

. Went through 4 retrievals which gave us 6 healthy embryos after PGS testing. Transferred 2 back in June 2018 which ended up in a chemical pregnancy. Further testing indicated Thrombosis. Transferred 2 more back in March 2019 - one female and one male (with slight mosaicism) and was prescribed Heparin for anticoagulant along with Metanyx and Aspirin. One embryo planted successfully. Got to hear the heartbeat of our baby during first ultrasound at 6 weeks which brought us to tears knowing that we will soon be parents. Unfortunately, had to stop Aspirin at 6 weeks as there was a lot of bleeding. Went in at 8 weeks and our worst nightmare came true, there was no heartbeat this time around. All our dreams were shattered in that moment. Decided to undergo D&C procedure and further testing of the tissue. The results came back all positive confirming that it was a baby boy and perfectly normal. This hit us really hard for a few reasons - knowing it was a perfectly normal baby, and that we still can't pin-point why we keep losing the baby after implantation. Why is the medical science so backwards? I feel like I am running out of time here:-(. Anyone in a similar situation or know of someone that went through the similar scenario, I would love to hear from you? Are we missing anything here? Any suggestions or recommendations?
