Has anyone experienced reoccurring BV during pregnancy?

I have had back to back episodes of BV and I am 15 weeks pregnant. I’ve never had it in my life and I’m so terrified that it is going to cause pregnancy complications. 
Anyone have it throughout pregnancy and everything be just fine?

I’ve had it twice during pregnancy 
It’s recurrent for me as well, though the first bout was super early on, my last time was about 25 weeks. 
My baby is still growing, healthy, etc- at 33 weeks. 
I would try to do what you can to prevent it- I know I don’t like having to take the antibiotics 😑 lol
My advice is change your panties often, only wear cotton, avoid and soap or lotion downstairs. These typically help me avoid it - only getting it about twice a year. 
My Ob said once I’m not pregnant they can write me a standing prescription for the flagyl gel - but won’t do it while I’m pregnant, which I’m totally ok with. 
Good luck. I know how bad it sucks 😞 but, baby should be just fine. Just make sure you take and finish antibiotics- lasting infection is worst for you and baby than the antibiotics will be.
