So on Tuesday morning the 21st I started getting labor pains. I could just tell that it was the real deal.

It continued right through to Wednesday morning 22nd. And got so bad to such an extend that I started to cry and was slowly walking around on my tippy toes.

At 05:46 I told hubby I can't deal anymore and need to go in to L&D.

Upon arrival I was dialated to 3cm and 80% effaced. By now the pains got more intense and I had to concentrate hard on my breathing. When my dr came and checked me just before 9, I was at 6cm and he was not sure if there would still be time for epidural, but I insisted and he obliged.

When he came again to check up on me, I was at 8cm and could still feel all the pain in my right hip and he felt that baby was too big to pass through the birth canal and an emergency c-section would have to be done.

By now I am crying in agony due to the pain in my right hip and needed her out.

Finally got to theater at 12:40 and 12:50 she made her grand entrance, but I somehow burst an artery and bled alot. Also has to be sterilized and I thought I was gonna die.

Long story short, received 2 units of blood yesterday, 23rd to help lower my heart and pulse rates.

I am doing good and baby is healthy.
