Well guys... I think this is it?! It’s positive?! 11 months of trying and now I have  a positive test!! 
What do I do next?!?! Do I test again? Do I book the drs? I have no idea what to do!! 
Someone please help

If in UK phone your doctors and they will give you the number for the midwife to book yourself in with them. Then they'll send a letter or call when your appointment is. Most dont confirm pregnancy so dont expect it. They say hpt's are accurate these days and dont need to confirm.
