not had a period for 4 months negitive tests Been to the doctors and negitive blood work. But feel the exact same as when pregnant with my son. Spotting 9/10 April 1st may 19-22nd may and it’s just got even worse I was ment to go to the doctor this morning but had terrible night with my son and slept in so have to ring up Tuesday as they are arranging a scan due to the fact my doctor knows loads of people that have had negitive blood work, negitive tests and no period and pregnancy symptoms and been pregnant and plus my friend was the same what should I do? Is this a miscarriage?
