Having an ultrasound done tomorrow 💕 16 weeks :) what should I drink to make baby active?

I would drink a small iced coffee and then down a bottle of water right as I got there

My dr office always told me to drink at least 8 oz clear liquid (water) an hour prior to my sonos. I would also eat a banana or have some coffee beforehand too.
